CORPORATE ANTROPOLOGY

What is corporate antropology?

Corporate anthropology is a direction in business consulting. The whole idea of this direction revolves around human orientation in building the corporate culture of the organization.

Modern CEO and top managers understand that corporate culture affects all aspects of business, and hence profits, and strive to manage corporate culture. I am sure that the word manage should be replaced with form. All employees, regardless of their position, participate in the creation of a corporate culture. Therefore, the path from above is necessary and gives its results, but it is insufficient. When forming a culture, many hidden and explicit mechanisms are involved, most of which are related to existing communications between people in the company, leaders and teams, between different departments, management levels, and so on.

It is the formation of corporate culture that a corporate anthropologist can help with.
