Dolls
I started creating dolls more than 8 years ago. During this time, I tried many techniques, materials, and learned from different masters. As a result, I came to textiles. Textile is magic; it allows you to create objects of any shape, any degree of realism and decorativeness, any degree of mobility. It is warm and involving.
The art of dolls is the art of creating very special works. They have special proportions. They can move. You can pick them up. They can become friends. They can take on the projections of your emotions. They tell stories.

Each doll has its own character and creates its own environment
It gives me great pleasure to create images that carry personal meaning. For example, Fisherwoman talks about the endless waiting on the shore. This is how mothers wait for sons and husbands from the sea and from war.

Oldies
My special love is old ladies. From the very beginning of my work on dolls, I have been returning to the theme of old age. I am fascinated by the beauty of the faces and the depth of these images. And I'm trying to recreate them in textiles.
This old woman went out to buy bread and got lost. She realizes that she has the keys to her apartment in her hands. But how can she remember where she lives?
I am also inspired by art, painting, simple forms.
